Olivapalacios, S.L. is a Spanish company registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, in Volume 27.207, Folio 32, Section 8, Sheet M-490217, Entry 1, with VAT number B-85797116 and registered office at C/ Zurbano 49, Office 1, 28010 Madrid, Spain, hereinafter referred to as Olivapalacios, dedicated to the production, packaging, and marketing of extra virgin olive oil.
These general sales conditions apply strictly to all product sales made by Olivapalacios from Spain to its customers nationally and internationally.
Any order placed by a customer with Olivapalacios necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the customer’s unconditional acceptance of Olivapalacios’ General Sales Conditions in force on the day the order is placed. Additionally, the customer acknowledges that accepting these conditions implies their application to the order they refer to, as well as to any subsequent orders, except in cases where new conditions are brought to their attention by Olivapalacios. The fact that Olivapalacios does not resort to any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of these conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public order to the contrary.
How to Place an Order:
Orders can only be placed by individuals over 18 years of age and can be done in any of the following ways:

In all cases, the customer will be informed about the products available for sale, their characteristics, prices, payment methods, and delivery conditions, and the customer must provide their personal data (name, surname, delivery address, email address, and phone number).
If the order is placed by phone or email, once the customer communicates their desire to purchase, we will send them an email with an attached delivery note detailing the order, for subsequent confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, the customer must proceed with the payment and send proof by email or wait for us to confirm that the payment has been made effective in the bank. The customer undertakes and obliges to provide truthful documentation regarding the payment.
Once the purchase amount is received, Olivapalacios will proceed to prepare and ship the ordered merchandise, in the name of the person and to the address indicated by the customer.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If the order is placed through our online store, the customer can verify all the purchase data at the same time, being able to save and/or modify them until it is made effective. They will receive an email confirmation of the order, with an attached delivery note/invoice, and they will receive another email when the product is shipped, detailing the tracking number of the transport company and the estimated delivery date.
Cancellation of an Order: An order can be canceled by phone or by email.
If the cancellation is made before the merchandise is shipped, the customer will not incur any expenses. In the case where the cancellation is made after the shipment of the order, the customer will have to pay the shipping and return costs, so only part of the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
Prices
The prices offered by Olivapalacios via email and online store are in Euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error. All prices are subject to the applicable VAT percentage for the product and transportation on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be applied automatically.
Payment Method: Prepayment
Purchases made from Olivapalacios must be paid at the time of placing the order, using the following payment methods:

The customer (payer of the order) must send proof of payment by email to the following address (administracion@olivapalacios.es). Once the proof is received, Olivapalacios will proceed with the shipment of the order.

The customer will be redirected to Paypal’s secure website (https://www.paypal.com) from where they can make the payment. Olivapalacios will not have access, at any time, to any user/customer data entered on the Paypal website.
Beneficiary: OLIVAPALACIOS, S.L.
Concept: invoice/delivery note number, and company/person’s name
Paypal will send proof of payment by email and once Olivapalacios has received the proof, it will proceed with the shipment of the order.
Credit or debit card: if the order is through our online store, the amount will be charged directly to the card; if the order is by phone or email, we will send the customer a link to confidentially and securely fill out the card payment.

Shipments: national and international
Products purchased by customers will be delivered according to the data and specifications provided by the customer in this regard.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, there will be no shipping or delivery of merchandise, internationally.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the merchandise to the recipient and the recipient signs the delivery note from the carrier company. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery and, if necessary, indicate any anomalies, so that they are recorded.
