Olivapalacios, S.L. is a family-owned company dedicated to the production and packaging of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).<\/p>\n

Our olive groves and mill are located in the Campo de Calatrava region, in Almagro, in the province of Ciudad Real, Spain, considered an olive oil production area since time immemorial, on lands of volcanic origin rich in nutrients and with an exceptional climate for olive cultivation.<\/p>\n

The two olive varieties, Picual, Arbosana, and Arbequina, are grown and harvested in our nearly 300-hectare olive grove and processed in our mill.<\/p>\n

Since 2009, we have been innovating with the highest sustainable and environmentally friendly technology in every part of the production process. We produce practically artisanal EVOO from the care of the olive grove and the olive to the packaging of the resulting liquid gold, so healthy in the Mediterranean diet.<\/p>\n

OlivaPalacios is synonymous with in-house production in our conventionally cultivated olive groves, which are sustainable and environmentally friendly, and with the natural production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) through anti-oxidative mechanical processes and cold extraction in our mill.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the excellent and unique soil and climate conditions of our Calatrava field, and thanks to the extraordinary work we do in caring for and tending to our olive grove, both varieties develop magnificently, uniquely, and singularly.<\/p>\n

Palacio de los Olivos is an intense green fruity #EVOO, with balanced positive attributes of bitterness and spiciness, and a fresh aroma and flavour of herbs and green fruits. Exquisite, tasty, and complex.<\/p>\n
