Olivapalacios is a family-run business dedicated to the production and packing of high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Picual and Arbequina olive varieties, both 100% monovarietal cultivated and harvested in our olive grove, and processed in our oil mill, in Almagro, province of Ciudad Real, Spain.
Our farm, Los Palacios, has been immersed in the agriculture sector for more than 30 years.
Our olive grove is located in the region of Campo de Calatrava, in the village of Almagro, in the province of Ciudad Real, in Spain, an olive-oil production area since immemorial time, over soil rich in nutrients and under an exceptional climate for the olive-tree cultivation.
We decided to expand our farm and started, in 2009, a new project with olive trees: the production Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) of high quality, as it is a basic and key product in our Spanish gastronomic culture and in the Mediterranean diet. Additionally, the continuous growth of the trend to healthy eating encouraged us to carry out this project.

Our olive grove covers 280 hectares on a soil of unique volcanic origin, ideal for the development of the Picual and Arbequina olive varieties that we first chose for being vigorous and for its magnificent adaption to the terrain demands, which provides defined, exceptional, characteristic and singular notes to the oil that we produce.
Regarding our mill, we are committed to innovation by using cutting-edge technology, always sustainable and respectful with the environment in each part of the production process.
We produce an artisan EVOO by placing extreme care and dedication from the care of the olive grove and the olive, to the bottling and packing of the resulting liquid gold, prioritizing quality over maximizing production.
The result of our absolute dedication to our olive grove is the positioning and consolidation of our brand, Palacio de Los Olivos, and of our company, Olivapalacios, as a benchmark in the olive oil sector thanks to:

So much effort has been pleasantly rewarded by being awarded, for third year in a row, as No. 1 in the prestigious world ranking of olive oil EVOO World Ranking, in Picual olive variety, the most widespread in the world, due to the achievement of more than twenty five respected international awards, each those three years.
Besides, we are members of the QvExtra International Association, which integrates the main and best producers of Spanish olive oil, and which demands full compliance of very strict requirements on processes, protocols and production standards for the elaboration of highly quality extra virgin olive oil.
